Had lunch earlier. Pork adobo flakes were mouth watering. Sunny side up egg was perfectly cook I like how the yolk is still completely liquid. My friends order burger steak and beef roast. Both delicious! Foods were really tastes good. It could have been 5 if I paid by card not cash. Surprisingly card payment option is not available, even Gcash. I couldn’t believe with all the technology and modernization, Bacolod is still living in the past. Lastly the place is a bit hot however the interior is impressive.

For early risers who want to get a good breakfast, the choices are abit limited in Bacolod. Bascon is a safe place for a good meal. They open earlier than most. We checked and most stores open at 9am or 10am. We tried a variety. We tried the native chorizo which was recommended. Their smoked Bangus was huge. All bfast is served with two mini rice cups. Their Eggs Benedict was also sublime. We went here again but it was full. So call beforehand if they have tables or have a good 2nd option. Service was ok. Felt that the staff was tired because of how they talked, acted and served. Maybe it was a slow day for them.

Good place, delicious food, great coffee, and superb service. So far, I tried the tocino meal when we visited and it was delicious. They also serve pastries and cakes. The place is limited though and it may be difficult to get a set when it's crowded.

Place was packed even at 11am but staff managed to handle orders and served it immediately. Recommended if you want to eat good food with your family for lunch or dinner.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Bascon, a true Bacolod institution which my friends have been raving about and it didn't disappoint. Had their allo oglio pasta as well as the bangus and their other specialties like the chicken relleno which my family enjoyed. Although the place in itself looks tired and in dire need of an update, we surely had a great time still. Highly recommended. We were stuffed to the brim.so we didn't have any space for their desserts but there's always a next time!
